Public price lists of professional genealogists start at 300,000 RUB for a full research that takes 6 to 12 months, and at 85,000 RUB for a commissioned family book. That is skilled work, fairly priced. Heritage AI is a different service: you search, and the plan shows where to look. A free plan for every ancestor, and the whole family on one plan from 2,990 RUB a year.
We do not search for you and cannot promise a find. If you need a professional, their findings fit into your archive.

The research directory covers 85 Russian regions, 45 of them with a verified state archive, plus 22 all-Russia sources. For Belarus it has 3 sources and for Kazakhstan 1, so expect less there. The plan is free, so you can see what it knows about your region before you pay.
Not to answer. You send a question as a link, and a relative answers from a phone without signing up. Everyone you invite to view the tree and stories does it for free.
No. The plan names the documents and the archive to try, and prepares a letter template. You send it, and the archive decides whether and how to answer.
No. You pay once for a year (or a month). Nothing is charged automatically, and we do not store your card.
There is nothing to cancel. Within 14 days after the first payment on an account, write to payments@heritageai.ru with the account email and we refund to the same payment method. This refund is available once per account.
Everything you added stays available for viewing. You can keep adding new material within the limits of the free plan.
