A request to a registry office or an archive about an ancestor
What to state about an ancestor so that the archive has something to search by. The Russian page is a blank sheet to print and fill in by hand; here is the same list as text. We send nothing and save nothing.
The product is currently available in Russian for families in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

We are not an intermediary and do not pass requests to a registry office or an archive. Check the requirements for a request, the list of kinship documents, the deadlines and the fee on the official site of the body you write to.
